Hi Friends! I’ve been busy mass producing cards using the new “Flight & Airy” Designer Series Paper and I thought I’d share some of the designs I’ve come up with. These are for my customer thank you cards as well as upcoming birthdays and other occasions that I want to have cards ready for.
To make the background of my cards I used 2″ x 5 1/2″ strips of DSP and I stamped the images from “Notes of Nature” with Bubble Bath ink. Some of my cards also used up random card bases that I had lying on my desk, as well as scrap pieces of card stock for the leaves and extra ribbon bows that I wanted to use. It was fun pulling all of these elements together for these cards!
The birds were cut from the “Flight and Airy” Designer Series Paper – aren’t they pretty? I also pulled in my new “Perennial Postage Dies”, as you can see on this card design:
The third card layout incorporates our 2 3/8″ Circle Punch, as I wanted to use up the little scrap strips of DSP too:
