Stenciled Background Cards - Tina Zinck, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

Hi Friends! Just a quick post for you today. I thought I’d show you some cards I made today, using the Stencil Background Technique I shared earlier with you. To see the video just scroll down to my last post.

I wanted to make some thank you cards for my customers as well as some birthday and SU anniversary cards for members in my Serene Stampers group. I had so much fun with the Decorative Masks and Burlap background stamp (I know I referred to in my video as the canvas background – oops – hahah). I changed the design a bit from the original card, using the butterfly from the You Move Me stamp set, which I embossed in gold. Then I sponged on inks from the 2017-2018 In Colours and cut them out on the Big Shot. I also used the Eastern Medallion Thinlets with some Whisper White card stock to make some pretty embellishments for the butterflies to sit on. Stamped the sentiments and voila! I had tons of cards done up in no time flat!
