Hi Friends! I am excited to announce that my Creative Escape Retreat is now open for registration! If you are looking for a girl’s getaway weekend to catch up on your scrapbooking, stamping cards, or any other favourite craft, I’ve got you covered. Here are the details:

weekend retreat is going to be a wonderful event and one that you won’t
want to miss. Bring your own projects to work on & spend time
crafting, relaxing & laughing!

There
will be 6′ long tables for us to work on, giving us lots of room for
scrapbooking, quilting, knitting, card making, etc – bring whatever
project(s) you wish to work on. Our room is surrounded by windows, so
lots of great light and the view is spectacular!

Check in begins on Friday (June 1) at 3pm, you can start crafting, scrapping and stamping right away! Then
we’ll have a delicious buffet supper and continue creating into the
night. After a continental breakfast on Saturday morning, we can resume
our crafting projects anytime beginning at 8am, with a soup and sandwich
lunch break, then another buffet supper and finish up again at 10pm. Of
course, there will be yummy desserts and sweets, with a coffee, tea
& water station available to us all weekend long. There is also a
fully stocked bar on the premises should you wish to mix and mingle with
your friends. Sunday morning we will have another nice continental
brekkie before check out, which is 11am. If you wish to bring snacks
(candy, chips, chocolate) to nibble on during your crafting time you may
do so.

The Creative Escape Retreat will be held
I’ve already been up to the retreat to see it first hand and I was super duper impressed! The
rooms are lovely and very cozy with a great little kitchenette. Bring
your bath bubbles if you want a little soak – the tubs are nice &
deep and made for a good book and a glass of wine! The rooms also
contain everything you need – from a hair dryer, to wine glasses (and
corkscrew), coffee maker, etc.

Lodging is on a first come, first served basis with a special $99 rate for our group, based on double occupancy, in the Rock Maple Retreat lodge.
There are 12 rooms in this building, each with one Queen Bed, Sleeper
Sofa, and full kitchenette. There are also five lovely chalets – which
sleep between 4 – 6 people each, depending on which chalet you book.
Special rates for these chalets have also been secured for our group,
should you choose to reserve a chalet (which cost a bit more) and/or if
the Rock Maple $99 rooms are already sold out.

or $350.00 after April 15th.
Full payment is due by April 30th.
PLEASE NOTE: the above cost is based on accommodation for two people, in the Rock Maple Retreat Lodge, at $99/night – retreat costs for those staying in the chalets will be higher.
