May 29, 2020 Leave a Comment

Hi Friends! One of the new suites coming out in our 2020-2021 Annual Catalogue (which begins June 3) is called “World of Good” and I think it’s absolutely sensational! Here’s a sneak peek of a card (created by Barb Brimhall) that uses some of the products from this suite:

Supplies:

  • Stamp
    Sets

    –
    Beautiful
    World (152994)

  • Card
    Stock
    –Very
Vanilla (101650), Cinnamon Cider (153078), Early Espresso (119686),
World of Good Specialty Designer Paper (152491)

  • Stamp
    Pads

    – Early Espresso (147114)

  • Misc.
    – Label Me Lovely Punch (151296), Antiqued Corners & Slides
(152471), ¼” Early Espresso Faux Suede Trim (152472), Stampin’
Dimensionals (104430); Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755)

Measurements:

  • Cinnamon
    Cider 4-1/4” x 11”, scored at 5-1/2”

  • Designer
    Paper 4” x 5-1/4”

  • Very
Vanilla 4” x 5-1/4” for inside mat + scrap for punching

  • Early
    Espresso Scrap for punching

Instructions:

  1. Fold
the 4-1/4” x 11” piece of Cinnamon Cider in half to create base
card. Adhere the Very Vanilla mat inside card.

  2. Cut
6” of the Early Espresso ribbon and thread thru the Slider; wrap
around the Designer Paper and adhere to the back. Adhere to the
Cinnamon Cider base card. Adhere 4 Antiqued Corners to each corner
of the Designer Paper using Liquid Adhesive.

  3. Stamp
the sentiment on the scrap of Very Vanilla cardstock using Early
Espresso ink; punch out using the Label Me Lovely Punch. Use same
punch with the Early Espresso scrap.

  4. Cut
the Early Espresso label in half lengthwise and adhere each half
behind the Vanilla piece to create a border. Adhere over the ribbon
    using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
