Hi Friends! I hope you had a nice weekend! It was perfect Autumn weather here in Nova Scotia. Sunny and not too cool – perfect for cutting and stacking wood for winter.
Today’s card is one I designed for my “Serene Stampers” team make and takes. Each month I provide a class worth of projects that they can copy or tweak and use as they wish. This month’s class featured the “Seasonal Chums” bundle, which is SO cute!

I also used the new Stampin’ Up! Blends markers that will soon be available! Demonstrators are able to pre-order these new alcohol makers early so that we can try them out and create projects with them. I must say, I am VERY happy with them! They blend beautifully and they go on just like buttah…very smooth. Stampin’ Up! has truly hit a home run with these markers! I can’t wait until they’re available for everyone, which will be very soon. If you’re anxious to get your hands on them now you can purchase the starter kit and get them either in your kit or your first order. Just pop me an email at serenestamper@gmail.com if this is something that interests you.
Let’s get back to today’s card, shall we? It’s super easy but quite cute – our favourite kind of card to make, right? I also love the scallop die from the Seasonal Layers thinlets that I used on the black strip. This die almost slipped right past me (I was too busy using the other dies in the set) but now that I’ve ‘discovered’ it I know I’ll be using it a lot more.
