Hi Friends! I am SO EXCITED to share today’s project with you! It’s a super fun fold card that packs a big “WOW” factor! The “Peek-a-Boo” slider card is my current favourite card fold to make when I need a card for a special occasion or for a special someone. Good news – it’s actually quite simple to make too!

I first discovered this fun fold on YouTube with this video: Peek-a-Boo Slider Card. It took some figuring out, but once I made one, I was HOOKED, I tell ya, HOOKED! I just love this fun fold and all the possibilities of what can be created with it. Aside from holidays and special celebrations, imagine using photos and favourite quotes and scriptures…..you name it! Here’s my video demonstration for you – enjoy!
Measurements:
- Basic White Card Stock (front piece): 8 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ scored at 2 3/4″ (layer with 5 1/4″ x 5 1/4″ Designer Series Paper)
- Basic White Card Stock (inside card): 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″ (layer inside panels with Designer Series Paper that measures 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Basic White Card Stock (to add on extension and create the back flap): 5 3/4″ x 5 1/2 scored at 5 1/2″ (this will create a 1/4″ flap)
- The Rectangle Die that I used to create the windows measures 2 3/8″ x 3 3/4″

Timeless Tropical Card:

As I was editing for today’s Peek-a-Boo Slider video, I realized that I had accidentally stamped 2020 instead of 2021 of this card! Those of us demonstrators who earned the Stampin’ Up! incentive trip did so in 2020 but the Maui vacation actually took place last month in May. Ugh! I can’t believe I made that mistake on Nathalie’s special card!

I love how the tropical flowers look with the Stampin’ Blends Vellum Technique! If you haven’t seen this technique be sure to check out my videos and cards HERE.
