Hi Friends! I am so happy to share a new video with you today! During my “Serene Stampers Technique & Tea Hour” last weekend, I demonstrated the mirror and reflection technique. So many of my team members had NEVER seen these techniques before so I thought it would be a great idea for a video! There are a few tips and tricks with these techniques and I wanted to demonstrate them all in one video, so it’s a bit longer than usual. I just had waaaay too much FUN creating these cards, and once again, I designed ‘on the fly’ while I was filming!
I demonstrated three different cards and I also have a lot of additional card samples for you as well. I hope you enjoy this video and that you’ll give the Mirror Image & Reflection Techniques a try – I know you’re going to have LOT of fun with them!

Additional card samples using the Mirror Image Technique:

As you can see, the sky is the limit with the mirror image and reflection techniques! Once you start playing with it you’re not going to want to stop. Have fun with it!
Enjoy the day, stay well and HAPPY STAMPING!

Thank you so.much for sharing. I have never seen this technique before. Can’t wait to try it.

Hello Cindy. Thanks so much! I am super happy that you’re enjoying my new blog and the easier format! xx
Tina…I made the card with the butterflies…I Had trouble with the block application the colors were blotchy…All in all the card turned out very nice…l wonder what I was doing wrong?…I did not have the same paint pads but the colors were similar to the ones you used.
Love all the ideas you present in your videos.

Hello Eunice! I’m so happy to hear that you made this card! The only thing I can think of regarding the blotchy ink, is perhaps it’s the paper you used? I used Stampin’ Up!’s Basic White and also Shimmery White for my butterfly cards. Our Watercolour paper will also work. Another consideration could be the amount of water that you used on your block too. I also find that stamping onto of a foam mat, such as the piercing mat, makes a bit of a difference too. Hope this helps!
OMG! First time to watch you and I learned so many things in just one video! Love all of it and can’t wait to try. Thank you. Looking forward to following you. Debby
