Today’s project is a little treat box that was a hit at my workshop this past weekend. I cased this cute project from fellow Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, Angie Juda, and then added my own spin with the Bubbles and Fizz DSP and Lovely Wishes stamp set. This is a quick and simple container to put together and is perfect for holidays and special occasions.
Measurements & details:
- 5 1/2″ x 11″ piece of Calypso Coral Card Stock.
- Place card stock on Simply Scored tool and score along the 5 1/2″ side at the 1 1/2″ mark.
- Rotate card stock and along the 11″ side, score at 1″, 2″, 5″, 6″ 7″ and 10″. Fold along the score lines.
- Remove the one square on bottom.
- Place adhesive along side flap and and fold to create box.
- Place adhesive on bottom flap and secure for bottom of box.
- Adhere 2 3/4″ x 3 3/4″ piece of Bubbles and Fizz Designer Series Paper to front of box.
- Stamp and decorate as desired.
- Fill box with chocolates or desired gift item.
- Pinch top of box together, make a hole with 1/8″ handheld punch – thread
through ribbon and tie a bow around it with Whisper White Twine.
