In Symmetry Card Tutorial

Hi Friends! I just received my Stampin’ Up! order with some items I’ve had sitting on my wish list, which included the “In Symmetry Bundle” and I can’t wait to play with it!

One of the first cards I’ll be making will be this one, which I’ll be caseing from Diane Dimich:

I love Diane’s card! Here’s her tutorial (which she created for our Leaders Project Sheet Group) – ENJOY!

Supplies:

  • Stamp Sets – In Symmetry Photopolymer Stamp Set [155140]
  • Card Stock –Calypso Coral Cardstock [122925], Just Jade Cardstock [153079]
  • Basic White Cardstock [159276]
  • Stamp Pads – Flirty Flamingo Classic Stampin’ Pad [147052], Bumblebee Classic Stampin’ Pad [153116], Just Jade Classic Stampin’ Pad [153115],Calypso Coral Classic Stampin’ Pad [147101],Night Of Navy Classic Stampin’ Pad [147110]
  • Misc. – Sweet Symmetry Designer Series Paper [155605], Stamparatus [146276], Rhinestone Basic Jewels [144220]

Measurements:

  • Calypso Coral: 5 ½” x 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼”
  • DSP: 2 x 5 1/2
  • Just Jade: 3 3/4 x 3 3/4, 1 x 2 1/4
  • Basic White: 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 and 3/4 x 2

Instructions:

  1. Using the Stamparatus stamp big Flower image with Calypso Coral placing the cardstock in the upper right corner of the stamparatus. Turn paper and stamp another flower. repeat until you’ve stamped 4 flower.
  2. Continue lining up the images between the big flower and rotate cardstock until you’ve stamped each image 4 times.
  3. Stamp heart in the middle.
  4. Attach to Just Jade card stock.
  5. Attach DSP
  6. Attach sentiment to card base
  7. Add Rhinestones.
