How to Create a Carved Wood Look Using Dies and Embossing Folders!

Hello my friends!

Today I’m sharing a fabulous classic technique that’s been a favourite at my classes and workshops over the years – the Carved Wood Technique – and somehow, I just realized I had never posted it on my YouTube channel (or my blog)…until now!

Using Very Vanilla cardstock and rich, earthy inks like Crumb Cake, Pecan Pie, Early Espresso, and a fun pop of Coastal Cabana, you can create a gorgeous carved wood texture that will absolutely wow your cards. And here’s the twist – I’m showing you how to use BOTH your embossing folders AND dies to create this stunning effect!
