Instructions:

Sprinkle
Shimmer White layer with Bermuda Bay, Granny Apple Green and
Gorgeous Grape Pigment Sprinkles and spritz with water until desired
look. Allow to dry. -
Stamp
sentiment with VersaMark ink and emboss with White Embossing Powder
– heat set with Heat Tool. Stamp dragonflies with Memento Tuxedo
Black ink where shown. -
Die
cut floral images and adhere to bottom of tie dyed layer. Add that
to Whisper White layer and then card front.
