Hi Friends! This morning I decided to work on some cards to create this month’s project sheet for a group I belong to. I had so much fun working with the “Delicate Details” Sale-a-bration and “Window Shopping” stamp sets! I really like the sentiment from the “Window Shopping” set and I’ve already used it a lot. This stamp set is also part of a bundle that includes framelits which makes awesome boxes and more!
For today’s card I just used the sentiment stamp, as well as a little heart framelit from the new “Love Notes Framelits Dies”. Oh my gosh – SO MANY fun new products from Stampin’ Up!!!! I really wanted to make a quick video for you of this card (as well as some others) but my camera has decided to up and die on me. Ugh! So I’m going to attempt using my cell phone to film a video later this week – stand by for that (I’ve never used my cell phone to create my videos, so it’s going to be a learning experience for me). Anywho, here is today’s card, along with a step-by-step tutorial for you:

Scrap pieces of Watermelon Wonder cardstock and Succulent Garden
DSP for hearts
Macaron cardstock in half to create 4 ¼” x 5 ½” card base
Buddy over Mint Macaron card stock.
image from “Delicate Details” stamp set onto Clear Block I and ink with
Versamark. Stamp onto Mint Macaron case base.
Embossing Powder over lace image, shake off excess, and set with heat tool.
adhesive to add Succulent Garden DSP strip along the top of the lace image.
Sweet Sugarplum ribbon from the Succulent Garden Ribbon Pack around bottom edge
of Succulent Garden DSP. Trim and secure with Mini Glue Dots. Set card base
aside.
Stazon, ink and stamp image from “Window Shopping” on front of Whisper White
cardstock. Clean stamp and ink with Watermelon Wonder and stamp middle section
of image onto scrap piece of Whisper White. Trim with Paper Snips and adhere to
centre of sentiment using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
White card stock to Tip Top Taupe Layer. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to place on
right side of card.
with piece of Sweet Sugarplum ribbon and use glue dots to secure next to
sentiment on card.
and Magnetic Platform, cut two hearts from scrap pieces of So Succulent DSP and
Watermelon Wonder cardstock using small heart framelit from Love Notes
Framelits Dies. Adhere to bottom right corner of sentiment using glue dots.
