“Campology” Card Tutorial

November 30, 2020 Leave a Comment

Hi Friends! I’ve been MIA a bit this past week, but for a good reason. With my Serene Stamper’s Virtual Christmas party coming up on December 10th, I’ve been busy preparing party packets to pop in the mail. The packets include hand-made gifts, a cute holiday make and take project and of course, hand-stamped Christmas cards. I’ve also been making cards and Christmas gift packets for my entire team so that I can get them out the mail. Fortunately, I now have not one but two wonderful assistants who came over to my house on Thursday and Friday to help me. These lovely ladies are a Godsend, let me tell ya. I could NOT have gotten everything done without my sweet friends. I can’t tell you what the gifts are until after everyone has received their packages, but I will certainly be sharing them on my blog for you once they have.

This past Saturday I spent the day filming a VERY special video to post on my YouTube channel. There are TEN cards AND a giveaway that I am super duper excited about. With ten cards in the video (this is actually a free online class ), the editing process is taking a bit longer than usual. I started it yesterday and hope to have it up on my channel later today – you won’t want to miss this!

The project I’m sharing with you today is a beautiful card created by my friend Frenchie. I thought it would be nice to share a non-holiday card and this one features one of my favourite stamp sets, “Campology”. Enjoy the tutorial!

hand cut tent on to the stamped tent for a mask.

  5. Stamp the trees using
    Mossy Meadow ink.

I joined Stampin' Up! the first night they arrived in Canada, April 2002, and what a ride it's been! At the time I just wanted the discount on all of the fabulous stamps and accessories - why pay full price if you don't have to, right? But little did I know where my journey with Stampin' Up! would take me. Read More…
