Instructions:

Fold
Whisper white card stock base in half. Set aside. -
Use
washi tape from embellishment kit to border the Whisper White 1 1/4
x 4 1/4 piece of card stock -
Stamp
sentiment with Marina Mist Ink -
Cut
Foil Doily in half and attach to whisper white piece that has the
washi tape border -
Attach
the border and doily to card base -
Attach
the die cuts from the kit with dimensionals onto card
