So many of you have recently ordered the Starter Kit from myself or from demonstrators on my team, and due to the HUGE success of that promotion, many items are on back order. Therefore, I thought I’d post the back order status, as of Dec 16th:

Expedited Shipping and Backorders
If an item is on the backorder list, it will not ship with your original order. Once it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship it using the same shipping method you selected when placing the original order.

Please note:
The backorder report is rather fluid and will change from day to day. Certain items will not remain on the backorder report very long. For example, we produce stamp sets and Décor Elements ourselves and can turn them around very quickly. Other items come from overseas and will take longer to arrive.

We do our best to keep products on hand, but when a product turns out to be more popular than we anticipated or when products do not meet our quality standards, timeframes for getting product in house will vary. Do not be surprised if some items are only on the report for a day while others are on for a week or more.
