I’m excited to announce that a new video is on its way later today ! But before that, I’m busy making some delicious black currant jelly this morning. It’s going to be absolutely scrumptious! I’m also getting ready to head home to Comox for a couple of weeks, so my to-do list is a mile long.
Can you believe how much work goes into preparing for a holiday? Phew! Luckily, our friend is staying at our house to take care of everything while we’re away. I’ve even filled up the freezer with yummy meals for him. All that’s left to do is bake a cake (because who doesn’t love something sweet?), wash the floors, and pack.
Life is good, my friends! Thanks for following along on this crazy adventure with me. Oh, and before I forget, here’s a little snapshot I took today, enjoying of my morning coffee on our front patio.
