Hi Friends! As many of you know, last week Stampin’ Up! sent my Sweetheart and I on a fabulous cruise to Alaska. We got back to Nova Scotia on Saturday and after catching up on sleep, laundry and weeding the garden, I think I’m back into the “Atlantic Time Zone” and my regular routine. What a fabulous vacation we had!
This was the fifth incentive trip I’ve earned with my business, and as always, Stampin’ Up! never ceases to WOW and DELIGHT! They absolutely spoiled us on our cruise! There was lots to do on the ship and at each port, and it was also a
super relaxing trip too. Stampin’ Up! paid for EVERYTHING, for both
myself and my honey – every detail was taken care of. These “Grand
Vacation” incentive trips are incredible and though it takes a lot of
work to earn them, they are so worth it!
Alaska was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Our ports were Juneau, Skagway and the Tracy Arm Fjord. Our last port, before leaving from Seattle, was in Victoria. As my hometown is only a couple of hours away, my Dad and his wife drove up to meet us for lunch. Such a great way to end our trip! I loved walking around Juneau and Skagway and learning all about the Gold Rush – wow, what a crazy time that was. I took TONS of photos, here are just a few:
I also loved seeing my fellow Stampin’ Up! demonstrator friends and catching up with each other. One of the very best things about joining Stampin’ Up! are all the incredible friendships that come out of it. While I didn’t get a photo with each of my amazing friends, whom I truly adore, I did manage to get a few pictures of some special ladies in my life:
Along with amazing pillow gifts each night, we also had daily prizes with Stampin’ Up! products. Each day we’d spin the prize wheel at the “Stampers Base Camp” for new products. This was also a great place to visit and mingle with other demo friends, as well as Shelli and Sara and other home office staff. Our room was decorated in a fun “Camping” theme and every table had bowls of treats and candy. So much work and attention to detail was put into this trip for us!
Each night we’d come back to our cabin to find that a “Stampin’ Up! Elf” had left a special pillow gift –
everything from new SU products (including holiday bundles), a
beautiful bag, a blanket (ideal for sitting in our balcony’s as we
enjoyed the views of the glacier); a set of awesome speakers (complete
with our logo) and a super cool map of the world (scratch off the places
you’ve been too). My suitcase was packed full of gifts and new products from the Holiday Catalogue – we really were incredibly spoiled.
As if that wasn’t enough, we also got our hands on the upcoming 2018-2019 Holiday Catalogue (begins Sept) and Stampin’ Up! gave us TONS of new products too! I can’t wait to play with everything. You are going to LOVE all the new holiday items coming out this Fall. I am SMITTEN with the holiday catalogue – so much so that I’m bit overwhelmed with everything (but in a very good way!). So on that note, I’ve got some sneak peek photos for you which feature Holiday Catalogue samples!
