Hi Everyone!
This month’s Stamp Club technique was “Split Negative” – which is a simple technique but is oh-so-cool! Here’s how you do it:
The gals in my Stamp Club loved it too!
- For the bottom strip, I used Chocolate Chip card stock, cut at 1″ x 3 1/2″ then used the Corner Rounder punch on all four corners. Place two Hershey Nuggets (on top of each other) in center of cardstock. Use your bone folder to score both ends, to create mailbox ‘flaps’. Glue one end up.
- Take another strip of Chocolate Chip, cut at 1″ x 4 1/4″ and adhere a piece of DSP (Designer Series Paper) cut at 1″ x 4″ on top. This will be used to wrap around your two Hershey Nuggets. Sticky Strip works best.
- Mailbox flag was made with scraps and hearts using the ‘Heart to Heart’ punch.
- Give to your Sweetheart!
That’s it for me! HAPPY STAMPING!
