Hi Friends. Today’s tutorial features the “Merry Cafe” stamp set, which isn’t just for Christmas, as you can tell by this lovely card! Oskana Semenska created this tutorial for our “Project Sheet” group this month – I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I do!


Supplies:

Stamps: Merry Cafe
Stamp Set [144965]
·      
 Ink :  Garden Green [126973]
, Cajun Craze [126965] , Early Espresso [126974]
·      
Card Stock :  Crumb Cake  [120953] , Early Espresso [119686] , Very
Vanilla [101650] , Peekaboo Peach [141417] , Garden Green [102584], Painted
Autumn DSP [144613]
·      
Tools &
Adhesive
:  Coffee Cups Framelits
Dies [143745], Linen Thread [104199], Stampin’ Dimensionals [104430], Glue Dots

 Cutting Measurements:
·      
Crumb
Cake: 4 ¼ x 11” card base; 2 x 2 for sentiment
·      
Early
Espresso CS: 3 x 4 ”  
·      
Vey
Vanilla CS: 2 ¾ x 3 ¾ ”  
·      
Peekaboo
Peach: 2 ½ x 3 ½ for coffee cup
·      
Garden
Green: scrap for straw toper
·      
Designer
paper: design with squares -2 x 4 ¼ “  for card front, early espresso design – scrap
for die cutting the lid, design with pumpkins – scrap to cut pumpkins
Instructions:
  1. Create
    card front from Crumb Cake CS by scoring at 5 ½”.
  2. Lay
    down designer paper on top of the card front, do not adhere yet, just mark
    approximately where it will be. Stamp outlined leaf in Garden Green ink on
    top and bottom of the marked lines. Repeat the same with flourish image
    using Cajun Craze ink.  Randomly
    stamp splatter image with Early Espresso ink. Adhere designer paper to the
    stamped Crumb Cake card front. Set aside.
  3. Stamp
    “Happy fall” image into scrap of crumb cake and cup image on peekaboo
    peach CS with Cajun craze ink. Die cut both imaged. Die cut cup lid from
    early espresso designer paper. Dies cut straw toper from garden green
    paper.
  4. Adhere Very vanilla
    piece to Early Espresso piece.
  5. Stamp
    outlined leaf in Garden Green on the die cut cup.
    Adhere cup to the center of very vanilla piece, adhere sentiment to the
    cup front. Add lid with dimensionals and straw toper with glue dot. Adhere
    everything to the card front with dimensionals.
  6. Fussy
    cut the pumpkins from designer paper. Adhere them with dimensinals to the
    bottom right corner of the card.
  7. Make
    a bow from linen thread, adhere to the pumpkin with glue dot folded in
    half.
