Hi Friends! This past Saturday was my one day Creative Holiday Retreat and it was a smashing success! We had sooo much FUN! The retreat started at 10am and finished at 7pm, so it was a full day of crafting and stamping. I had to cap off the number of attendees to 16, mostly due to space in the centre that I used for the event. However, I do prefer smaller groups as I find it more intimate and easier for everyone to visit together and more one on one with me, so that I can help everyone during the classes.
I am excited to share all the projects with you over the next week, as I’ll also be doing videos for you too. We had four mini classes: five cards, five tags and two gift classes. Here is the first card we made and I’ll post the others over the next few days:
Phew! Lots of photos for you today, right? And I’ve still got tons more to share with you, specifically of the projects from our retreat classes, as well as the other gifts I gave to everyone. Be sure to visit each day this week to see those, as well as the videos I’ll be posting. Speaking of which, during the retreat I shared a couple of live videos on my Serene Stamper Facebook page which you can check out here.

Tina it was a wonderful day. I don't know what I enjoyed the most – the projects or the food! That was the best quiche I've ever eaten (and I wasn't the only one who said that!) But the cards and tags and gifts were lovely too.
You surely spoiled us with treats and games and prizes (and schnapps). Thanks for all your hard work and your creativity!

Aww, thanks so much Carol! It was important to me that everyone left the retreat feeling like they had an amazing day, as I never take it for granted that you gave your time to spend with me! I LOVED seeing you and I am so happy you enjoyed yourself. Recipe for quiche coming! LOL xoxo

Now that was a fun post. It certainly looks like you had a wonderful day. Your gift bags turned out beautifully as did those sugar cookies you had made. The cable knit is perfect for those mittons. You baked up a delicious menu. Love the plaid on your Christmas card with that deer.
