Hi Friends! I’ve been looking forward to sharing today’s technique with you! A couple of month’s ago I saw a wonderful card created by my friend Beth Norman-Roberts, which you can see here. I knew instantly that I had to give the technique she used a try. It’s called the “Modern Grid Technique” and sure enough, I was hooked with my first card:
Supply List:
I embossed the snowflakes in gold and silver and then added inks with my aqua painter. See that gorgeous new Snowflake Trinket?! That’s a part of the “Snowflake Showcase” too!
I used Brusho on the Whisper White card stock and then set with my heat tool to dry. Then I stamped the snowflakes and embossed in white. I also used the Night of Navy Stampin’ Write Marker for the grid lines, instead of black. Finished the card by spritzing with Champagne Shimmer Mist Paint – it’s super sparkly in real life!

Great video. I like the tip of cutting out the inside of your cardstock to use later. Your cards turned out awesome.
