All Occasion Card Class Projects!

Hi Friends! Last night I held my monthly “All Occasion Card Class” – we always have so much FUN at these classes!!!! Lots of laughs and the ladies really enjoyed the cards we made. Each month we make two each of three different designs. Here are each of the cards we made last night:

There were a few variations of this card design, which included heat embossing, and I let the ladies decide which ones they wanted to make.

The card design above was the most popular, though a few of the gals also did some of their cards with the gold embossing:

To add the gold, we just lightly ran the versamark pad over the raised hexagon embossing and then sprinkled on the gold embossing powder and set with the heat tool.

This card featured a bit of a technique. We embossed the hello stamp in white and then coloured over it with Stampin’ Blends markers.

This card was inspired by a card I made years ago and with one of my favourite techniques called “Smack Down”. We used various stamps to create the background, then stamped over with the Sheet Music stamp and added a daisy punch embellishment. I’ll add my original video tutorial for you, below, and the only difference between the card in the video and the cards we made last night was that we added more colour and stamp images for the background. This technique is soooo easy and sooo much fun and you’ll always get different results. I really love it!
