Instructions:
-
Fold
the Crumb Cake cardstock in half to form the card base. -
Stamp
the large and the smaller piece of white cardstock with the Birch
stamp set and Crumb Cake ink. -
Stamp
the tree image on the two pieces of White cardstock. On the larger
piece of cardstock, stamp the tree image in the bottom left. On the
smaller piece of white, stamp the tree image in the middle of the
cardstock. To ink up the stamp, use the Mossy Meadow Marker to
color the tree foliage. Then use the Early Espresso Marker to
colour the tree trunk portion of the stamp. Huff on the image before
you stamp it on your cardstock. -
Using
the matching dies, cut out the tree image from the large piece of
white stamped cardstock. -
Cut
the label image out of the smaller piece of white cardstock,
centering the tree image. -
Stamp
the “retirement” sentiment, with Early Espresso ink, on the
small scrap of Whisper White cardstock. Punch it out with the
Classic Label punch. -
Use
a die cutting machine to cut out the word “Happy” in both Early
Espresso and Copper foil cardstock. -
To
assemble attach, the larger piece of white cardstock to the front of
the card base. -
Attach
the burlap ribbon, using SNAIL adhesive, to the front of the card. -
Attach
the label to the front of the card using dimensionals and cover out
the hole left by the die cut tree. -
Attach
the die cut tree to the label using mini dimensionals. -
Attach
the punched-out retirement word to the front of the card using glue
dots. -
Attach
the Copper word die cut to the Espresso word die cut and slightly
offset the words (so it appears that there is a shadow). Attach
the words to the front of the card. Use a combination of glue dots
and SNAIL. -
Attach
the leaf trinket to the front of the card using glue dots. -
Tie
the Mossy Meadow twine into a bow and attach it to the leaf trinket
using a glue dot.
