“Zany Zoo Cat Dancer” Tutorial

Hi Friends! Starting tomorrow Stampin’ Up’s “LAST CHANCE” promotion begins through to April 30th.

I want to showcase some of my favourite stamp sets that I am sad to say to goodbye to. Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll posting tutorials featuring some of these LAST CHANCE items. To avoid disappointment, be sure to order your favourite retiring products before they’re gone forever!

Today’s card features the “Zany Zoo” stamp set, which is so stinkin’ adorable:

Supplies:

• Stamp Sets –Zany Zoo Cling Stamp Set [161305]
• Card Stock –Petal Pink Cardstock [146985], Crumb Cake Cardstock [120953], Basic Black Cardstock [121045], Pumpkin Pie Cardstock [105117], Basic White Cardstock [159276]
• Stamp Pads –Petal Pink Classic Stampin’ Pad [147108], Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad [132708]
• Misc. –Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper [161304], Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine [149653]

Measurements:

• Petal pInk: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at 4 1/4, scraps for flowers on curtains
• Pumpkin Pie: enough for curtains
• Basic Black: 4 1/4 x 3 1/4
• Crumb Cake: 1/2 x 4 1/2 for stage
• DSP: To cut out Cat,

Instructions:

1. Stamp notes on card base in Petal Pink ink.
2. Cut out banner and stamp sentiment with Memento ink, stamp notes with Petal pink ink and sponge some Petal Pink ink on edges.
3. Using various card stocks cut out curtains and stage and attach to card base.
4. Cut out cat from DSP and attach to stage.
5. Attach flowers and banner
6. add a few rhinestones to flowers.
