Hello Friends! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I hope you’ve been enjoying the holidays!
I just have a quick post – and video – to share with you today. I’ve been making cards using the “Bottled with Happiness” and “Ringed with Nature” sets, as well as “Notes of Nature”, coming out in our new mini catalogue on January 4th.

I had initially planned on making the above card for Valentine’s Day, but I changed it to an anniversary card for my best friend and her hubby (their wedding anniversary is Feb 14th).
Using a window sheet with the bottle punch on this card REALLY steps things up! I also lightly misted the flower stamp with water, after inking with my markers. It’s so much fun to combine all these techniques and products together!
The sentiment on this card is from “Vintage Christmas”, which is a retired stamp set.
I just love the effect of swiping the ink pad on the solid bottle stamp, versus tapping the ink on.
I forgot to add photos of this card in my video. The flowers and leaves are from the Notes of Nature stamp set. I used Real Red and Old Olive ink to stamp them and pulled the colours in with a blender pen.
