Dye your Bakers Twine!

February 23, 2012 Leave a Comment

Hi Everyone!  I hope you’ve been having a good week so far.  I’ve been taking care of my sweet hubby, who caught my cold and bronchitis (I’m all better now).  Y’all know what men are like when they’re sick.  Need I say more?  But I’ve been feeding him lots of home made soups (see the chicken and rice soup on my recipe page), ginger ale, pouring hot baths, etc.  We hardly ever get sick, not even a cold, so I guess we both made up for it this year.

This week I’ve been having such a good time demonstrating a new technique to all my club members – and they’ve been loving it!  It’s a technique from our new Stampin’ Success (Stampin’ Up!’s magazine for demonstrators) and I’ll be posting the tutorial for it this weekend.  So be sure to come back for that! Each month my stamp clubs meet to learn new techniques and make two cards and one 3-D project.  We have a lot of fun and it’s always a great time to hang out together and STAMP! All are welcome – the next stamp group meets on March 13th.  Let me know if you’d like to come as my guest and see what it’s all about!

Stampin’ Up! just released a terrific video, showing you how to dye your Bakers Twine.  This is a great idea that helps you customize your crafting projects! Check it out:

Enjoy the day and HAPPY STAMPING!

At the time I just wanted the discount on all of the fabulous stamps and accessories - why pay full price if you don't have to, right? But little did I know where my journey with Stampin' Up! would take me. Read More…
