My Upcoming Classes and Events
Hi Friends! As some of you know, I’ve been away on the Stampin’ Up! Getaway Trip to Hilton Head Island in South Carolina and I had a fabulous time!

This was an all expenses paid trip for two that I earned with my business and Stampin’ Up! is such an amazing company to give us such a incredible vacation. (This past Spring we went to Disney World for a week, also courtesy Stampin’ Up!) My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in South Carolina – especially biking around the Island ~ a prefect way to see the sights. And there are bike paths everywhere. It’s not uncommon to see people on their bikes here. Everyone is very friendly, the weather was perfect – nice and warm (albeit a bit muggy) – and the food was delicious. I made sure to enjoy as much seafood as possible! LOL And I have to tell you, if you are ever on Hilton Head Island, go to The Jazz Corner. What a fabulous gem this is. The food – incredible. The music – fantastic. The service – par none. The owners even come to your table to thank you for coming to their restaurant and to ensure you’ve had a good time. (And if you enjoy Martini’s, I highly recommend the Dizzy Apple and the Cucumber Melon). We were thoroughly impressed and had such an fantastic time here.
Another favourite find was a lovely little consignment shop called the “Chella D“. I fell in love with this sweet boutique, especially the lovely ladies working there and I came out with a bag full of great items! If I lived on Hilton Head Island, I’d be in this shop all the time. It reminded me of my experience managing and setting up the Hospice Shoppe in Saint John, which was so dear to my heart and something I’ll never forget. And each time my husband and I visit England (his homeland) I’m forever searching out their local charity and hospice shoppes. (Maybe I should open my own thrift store, hey? And we’ll have a cafe/stamping area too! LOL)
So I must say, we had a really nice time away in South Carolina. Stampin’ Up! took care of everything and it was so nice to just relax and ‘go with the wind’ and have an empty schedule to just go and do as we pleased. If you know me, you’ll know what a treat that is! LOL
I
am truly lucky to have a job that I am passionate about and to be a part
of a company that I just love. The biggest blessing of all is the
friendships that come out of my business, with my customers and my fellow
demonstrators. I couldn’t have earned this trip without you, so THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! xxoo
If you would like to find out more about the Stampin’ Up! business opportunity and earn free trips too OR if you would just like to get a discount on your Stampin’ Up! products click HERE.
During our trip I participated in two card swaps with other demonstrators. This is a fantastic way to add cards to my display boards for inspiration for both myself and you, my wonderful friends and customers. And I came home with LOTS of beautiful cards to share with you!
Here’s just a sampling of some cards I received (I’ll have the rest on display at my upcoming classes and events):
