Yes these card are using the Heartfelt Banner Kit that you can get for FREE with qualified order diring sale a bration. I know some love the banner kits and some prefer card well this is just a little sneak peek with a few pieces of the banner kit that you can use for cards. Even if the description say Banner you are not limited to just banner. Perfect for cards, scrapbook home decor……. I would say the sky is the limits. So the e2 banner you see is part of the kit then I nuse the Decorative Dots folder *sale a bration item on Calypso Coral one is on white and the other on Crumb Cake Voila quick card. he The greeting “Just Because” is from the A Dozen Thoughts.
