Burlap Ribbon for Valentines

February 13, 2014 Leave a Comment

 Hello Passport Pals

Frenchie is back! Today is a quick last minute card for your sweetheart. Tomorrow is the day and if you didn’t made your valentine card yet this is the one for you…. quick and simple. I use the Burlap Ribbon cut out the the thread on each side then just pull out 2 to 3 string on all 4 side and Voila you have this fun look. I use the small heart punch #117193 and the X just cut out teeny strip of the Red Glitter paper #121790 to make the X and the O I punch with the Itty Bitty Shapes Circle in the pack #118309 then come back in the center with the 1/2 circle #119869 to make your O. For the black in the back I use the Scallop Trim Boarder #118402 then Cherry Cobbler on top that I emboss with the Square Lattice #119976. Stamp set that I use for this card are Delightful Dozen page 27 and Hearts a Flutter page 124.

Well my pals, this wrap it up for a last minute Valentine and if you already done with your Valentine it would be great to change the Greeting and send Hug and Kisses for any occasion or a Just Because card. The just because card are so fun to send cause you know they don’t expect nothing and you are sure to put a smile on their face.

I joined Stampin' Up! the first night they arrived in Canada, April 2002, and what a ride it's been! At the time I just wanted the discount on all of the fabulous stamps and accessories - why pay full price if you don't have to, right? But little did I know where my journey with Stampin' Up! would take me. Read More…
