Good morning! I’m in Toronto this weekend for the Stampin’ Up! Canadian Business Conference. This conference has been organized by Dale Hampshire, our SU CDN Manager, and a group of demonstrators who are a part of our Canadian Strategy Group. They’ve all done an outstanding job! The conference is for demonstrators with the title of Silver Elite and above and the training is focused on growing our business. Yesterday our keynote speaker was Belinda Ellsworth, a direct sales speaker and author – her presentation was excellent. The rest of the presentations throughout the weekend are from demonstrators, myself included, sharing business tools and training materials that we can go home with and apply with our teams and business. Of course there is also some stamping and make and takes and organized swaps too. Here are some photos for you:
This conference is also awesome because it has brought demonstrators (approx 80) from coast to coast together and it’s been so great to see all my friends again! We share so many great ideas and over the years the bond of friendship continues to grow and this is hands down one of the biggest reasons I love being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. The friends I’ve made through my customers, my Serene Stampers group and other demos is such a blessing!!!
Today is our last session and it’s going to be full day of information (and fun). Tonight we’re off to the CN Tower for dinner and then early flights home tomorrow morning. I absolutely LOVE my job and the support and training I receive is absolutely amazing.
