Basic Black Card Stock (base): 5 ½” x 8 ½”, folded in half
Calypso Coral Card Stock (layer): 2 ½” x 5 ½”
Gold Glimmer Card Stock (layer): ½” x 5 ½”
Designer Paper: 4” x 5 ½”
Whisper White Card Stock Scrap (daisy & leaves)
- Fold Basic
Black card stock in half to create 5 ½” x 4 ¼” card base. - Glue 2 ½” x 5 ½”
Calypso Coral card stock along right side of card, leaving an edge of the Basic
Black showing. - Along the 5 ½”
side of the Delightful Daisy DSP measure at 3” mark on the Stampin’ Trimmer and
cut 2” towards the centre – this will create the two flaps. Fold flaps over,
securing with Multipurpose Glue. Adhere to the centre of the card base, as
shown. - Stamp Thank You
sentiment with Memento ink onto the Calypso Coral card stock (in the centre of
the folds, as shown on sample). - Glue Gold
Glimmer strip along left side of card. - Stamp two daisies
from Delightful Daisy stamp set, using Calypso Coral ink onto scrap piece of
Whisper White. Use watercolor pencils and blender pen to color. Punch out with Daisy
Punch. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to
attach to centre of folds on card. - Stamp leaves
three times onto scrap piece of Whisper White, using Old Olive and Tranquil
Tide ink, lightly misted with water. Once dry, stamp leaf outline with Tranquil
Tide and cut out using paper snips. Tuck under daisy using Stampin’
Dimensionals. - For centre of
daisy: squeeze a small puddle of fine-tip glue pen on daisy and add one drop of
calypso coral re-inker. Use a toothpick to swirl the ink around in the glue.
Set aside to dry.
