Serene Stampers Spring Sampler Swap! - Tina Zinck, Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

Hi Friends! I recently held a 3″ x 3″ card swap to create a Spring Sampler with members in my Serene Stampers team. The guidelines were that the card bases had to be Powder Pink and the colour scheme was to be from the “Painted with Love” Specialty Designer Series Paper. It was so much fun receiving everyone’s swaps in the mail – I loved opening the envelopes and seeing the wonderful cards everyone created. Once I had all the swaps, I sorted them out and mailed one of each to all those participating in the swap.

Aren’t all these swaps just gorgeous?! I love them! Everyone did a fabulous job.

I got a bit carried away and couldn’t stop playing with my swap! I had so much fun. I used my aqua painters and ink pads to colour the bird. I also mixed Melon Mambo re-inker with water in my spritzer to colour the white doily.

The 3″ x “3 cards were then framed and now we’ve all got a lovely home decor piece! Here are some of the framed samplers made by the “Serene Stamper” gals:

I had a really tough time finding a 12″ x 12″ frame and when I did find one, grey was the only colour choice. I have this sampler up on the wall in my stamp studio and it makes me smile every time I look at it – feeling grateful for my “Serene Stampers” team and for the friendships that have come out of it. This piece will certainly be treasured for many years to come!
