Well, friends, I’d best bundle up (it’s -13 outside this morning) and get my car warmed up. I’m taking Cooper back to the vet to have his stitches removed. The drive to Port Hawkesbury is about 40 minutes from our house. The sun is shining and it will be a lovely drive – Cooper and Rosey LOVE road trips in the car! I want to pick up a few groceries on the way too. I’ve delved into the world of SOURDOUGH, and I think I’m a bit obsessed with it.
I’ve been baking bread, pizzas, bagels, cookies and granola bars, as well as other sourdough recipes. I’m definitely going to need to get on my treadmill. I also need more flour…. LOL
