"Prized Peony" Fun Fold Card Tutorial - Tina Zinck, Paper Crafter

Hi Friends! Here’s a beautiful card using the new “Prized Peony Bundle” and a fun a fold. Card and tutorial created by Terri Brumajim, from our “Leaders Project Sheet Group”.

Measurements:

Blackberry
Bliss: 4 ¼” x 11”, scored at 2 ¾ & 5 ½, 3” x 10”,
scored at 2 ¾”, 5 ½”
Silver
Foil Sheets: (2) 2 ½” x 2 ¾”, scrap for Butterflies
Whisper
White: 3 1/4” x 4” scrap for Peony Flower
Peony
Garden Designer Series Paper: (2) 2 ¾” x 3”, 4” x 2 ½”
Smoky
Slate: 3 ½” x 2” scrap for Ornate Layer Die

Instructions:

Adhere
the 3 Peony Garden Designer Series Paper layers to the Blackberry
Bliss Card Base, starting from the left ~ the 2 measuring 2 ¾” x
3” & the 4” x 2 ½” on the furthest right.
Emboss
the layer of Silver Foil Sheets with the Dainty Diamonds 3D
Embossing Folder and add it on top of the DSP starting from the
left. Punch out 3 butterflies with Butterfly Duet Punch.
Stamp
the largest Peony flower with Memento Tuxedo Black. Die cut with the
coordinating Peony die. Color with the Stampin’ Blends Combo Pack
Blackberry Bliss & Stampin’ Blends Combo Pack Mint Macaron for
the leaves. Finish with Wink of Stella.
Die
cut the Smoky Slate scrap using the Ornate Layers Die.
Using
the Stamparatus, stamp the Happy Birthday (from Posted For You) with
Blackberry Bliss 1^st.
Next, using the Versamark Pad stamp image again. Apply the Stampin’
Emboss Powder Clear and heat with Heat Tool. Add this to the
far-right DSP with dimensionals.
Make
a bow using the ¼” (6.4 MM) Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon and
adhere with a Mini Glue Dot to the Peony Flower stem.
