“Path of Petals” Card Tutorial

Hi Friends! The card tutorial that I’m sharing with you today was created by my sweet friend, Alison Solven. 
Stamps:
Path
of Petals (149383)
Paper:
Very Vanilla Thick (144237); Very Vanilla (101650); Rococo Rose
(150882); Woven Threads Designer Series Paper (149497)
Ink:
Rococo Rose (150080)

Other:
Linen Thread (104199); Pearl Basic Jewels (144219);Stampin’
Dimensionals (104430); SNAIL Adhesive (104332; Mini Glue Dots
(103683)

Measurements:Very
Vanilla Thick – 8 ½” x 5 ½”; scored at 4 ¼” to form card
base
Very
Vanilla – 4 ¼” x 2 ½”
Rococo
Rose – 2 1/8” x 5/8”
Woven Threads Designer Series Paper
(DSP) – 5 ½” x 4 ¼”; 3” x ½”



Directions:

  1. Fold
    Very Vanilla Thick cardstock in half to form card base.
  2. Glue
    the DSP (5 ½” x 4 ¼”) to the front of the card.
  3. Stamp
    the leaf image in Rococo Rose ink on the Very Vanilla once and then
    stamp again beside the first image without re-inking.
  4. Pop
    up the stamped piece in the middle of the card with Stampin’
    Dimensionals.
  5. Glue
    the DSP strip across the bottom of the stamped piece.

  6. Stamp
    the sentiment in Rococo Rose ink on the Rococo Rose strip. Glue on
    top of DSP tilting piece to the right.
  7. Add
    pearls to the stamped piece.
  8. Tie
    some Linen Thread together in a bow and glue dot to the card.
