Instructions:

Emboss
the blue Noble Peacock Foil Sheet using the Tufted 3D Embossing
Folder. -
Cut
out both Whisper White Stitched Rectangles and stamp both images
using Tuxedo Black Momento Ink. -
Use
Stampin’ Blends to color largest image. -
Wrap
ribbon around the Tufted panel and adhere to the back. -
Adhere
panel to card front. -
Add
the largest white rectangle to the green foil rectangle. -
Adhere
completed panel to card front. -
Using
Stampin’ Dimensionals, adhere small stitched rectangle as shown -
Add
rhinestones to finish.
