“Merriest Trees” Card Tutorial

Here’s a fun-fold card tutorial for you, featuring the “Merriest Trees Bundle”:

Measurements:

• Garden Green CS: 5-1/2” x 11”, scored @ 3/4”, 1-1/2”, 2-1/2”, 3-1/2”, 4-3/4”, 6”, 8-1/2”
• Thick Basic White CS: 5/8” x 5-3/8”; 7/8” x 5-3/8”; 1-1/8” x 5-3/8”
• Basic White CS: 4” x 5-1/4”
• Gold More Dazzle: 1-1/4” x 3-1/4”
• Silver More Dazzle: 1-1/4” x 3-1/4”
• DSP: 2-3/8” x 5-3/8”; 3 trees (largest, medium and small sizes)
• Real Red CS: scrap

Instructions:

1. Fold Garden Green CS on score lines to create steps as shown.
2. Emboss Thick Basic White CS pieces with Cascading Ruffles 3D Embossing Folder then adhere to front 3 tiers.
3. Adhere DSP to back tier.
4. Stamp tree trunk on Basic White CS with Pecan Pie ink. Stamp packages with Balmy Blue and Real Red ink. Die cut each out with Merriest Trees Dies.
5. Die cut the 3 trees from the Walk in the Forest DSP with Merriest Trees Dies.
6. Stamp top of solid tree image on Basic White CS with Soft Sea Foam ink, then stamp 2-step with Old Olive ink. Die cut out.
7. Die cut tree trimmings from both Gold and Silver More Dazzle paper. Die cut star from the Gold scrap leftover and a package from the Silver scrap leftover.
8. Die cut a ‘ribbon/bow’ from Real Red scrap.
9. Adhere largest tree to back tier with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
10. Align next 3 trees in front of the large tree and adhere to each tier, ending with smallest stamped tree on front tier.
11. Add tree trunk and packages to the front tier as shown.
12. Add tree trimmings to each tree as desired.
13. Finish with gold star on largest tree.
