Kangaroo & Company Card Tutorial

Hi Friends! HAPPY FRIDAY! The card tutorial that I’m sharing with you today was created by Michelle Thierault for our Leader’s Project Sheet Group. This is such a cute card using the Kangaroo & Company Bundle:

The Kangaroo & Company Bundle includes the Kangaroo & Company Stamp Set and the Kangaroo Dies Dies.

KANGAROO & COMPANY STAMP SET
You’ll bounce with creativity with the fun images in the Kangaroo & Company Stamp Set by Stampin’ Up! Create scenes with the adorable kangaroos and accessories such as gifts and party hats. Everything is a party! Ask your demonstrator about coordinating products.

* 20 photopolymer stamps
* Suggested clear blocks (sold separately): a, b, e

KANGAROO DIES
Kangaroos, flower bouquets, envelopes, and more. Create this and more with the Kangaroo Dies by Stampin’ Up! Use them for birthdays, springtime, and more. Contact your demonstrator about coordinating products.

* 11 dies
* Largest die: 3-1/4″ x 2-1/2″ (8.3 x 6.4 cm)
* Use with a Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine

Measurements:

  • Soft Suede card stock: 5 ½” x 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼”
  • Basic White card stock: 4”x 5 ¼”, scraps to stamp and die cut kangaroos, hats and presents
  • Designer Series Paper: 1”x4” coastal cabana, scraps of coastal cabana & daffodil delight for balloon punches

Instructions:

  1. Adhere Coastal Cabana Designer Series Paper to bottom of basic white 4”x 5 ½” with stampin’ seal. Adhere Basic White to Soft Suede card base with Stampin’ Seal.
  2. Stamp both kangaroos, 2 party hats and presents with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Basic White scrap. Color in with Stampin’ Blends. Die cut all shapes out. Adhere to Basic white card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  3. Punch Balloons out of Brights Designer Series Paper and stamp “just for you” on Balloon with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Adhere to card front with both seal and dimensionals. Draw balloon strings in with Basic Black Stampin’ Marker.

  • Paper: Soft Suede card stock (115318); Basic White card stock (159276); Brights 6×6 Designer Series Paper Assortment(152487)
  • Other: Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker(100082); Kangaroo Dies (154334); Balloon Bouguet Punch (140609); Basic Black Blends Combo pack (154843); Flirty Flamingo Blends Combo pack (154884); Soft Suede Blends Combo pack (154906); Daffodil Delight Blends Combo pack (154883); Bermiuda Bay Blends Combo pack (154878); Poppy Parade Blends Combo pack (154598); Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653); Stampin’ Seal (152813); Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430)
