Hi Friends! I recently ordered the “In Bloom Bundle” because I fell in love with a gorgeous scrapbook page that I want to CASE – you can read about HERE. Today was the first day I used the stamp set and I already LOVE it. The coordinating “Pierced Blooms Dies” are pretty fantastic too and I can’t wait to use them. However, for today’s card, I wanted to keep the design quick and simple…

I used Flirty Flamingo ink on top of the Flirty Flamingo card stock to create my tone-on-tone background. I also swiped the ink across my ribbon to coordinate it!
Measurements:
- Basic White : 5 ½” x 8 ½”, score at 4 ¼”
- Basic Black: 5 ¼” x 4”; 3” x 2 1/8”
- Basic White: 2 7/8” x 2”
- Flirty Flamingo: 3 7/8” x 5 1/8”
- Party Pattern Host Designer Series Paper: 1” x 5 1/8”

The inspiration for my card came from one created by Tammy Fite for our Leader’s Project Sheet Group:

On Tammy’s pretty card, she used Designer Series Paper (also from the Pattern Party DSP) whereas I decided to stamp my background with the “In Bloom” set. Both ways – DSP or stamping – work great for this card layout! This was also the design I chose for today’s Mystery Stamping Hour! My Mystery Stamping Hour happens every Friday at 1pm AST – it’s a lot of fun! If you’d like to join us, simply click HERE.
Enjoy the day and HAPPY STAMPING!
