Hi Friends! Yesterday I made some cards using the awesome “Four Split Technique”. I first shared this back in December, with a video demonstration – if you missed it click HERE.
These cards were so quick and easy to make. I simply stamped the images from the “Enjoy the Moment” stamp set, using a variety of ink pads, onto a piece of Very Vanilla card stock.
I wanted these cards to have that ‘homemade paper’ look to them so I ran each piece through my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with the ‘Old World Paper’ 3-D embossing folder. I couldn’t resist splattering on some ink too – I always love doing that! I also placed a strip of ribbon on each card for a bit of added texture. Then I cut my pieces and glued them onto Crumb Cake card bases.
Have you gotten the new Double Oval Punch yet? If not, I encourage you to put it on your wish list because it is FABULOUS! As much as I love dies, I have to admit, I love punches even more. The Double Oval Punch made it so quick and easy to add the sentiments to my cards.
To finish off my cards, I used the Dragonfly Garden Bundle to create my ’embellishments. I stamped the dragonfly image onto Vellum, embossed with gold and cut with the coordinating punch.

I hope you enjoyed today’s cards!

I loved your card. It’s so pretty. Just received your newsletter and because I’m off Friday, I can make your mystery stamping hour. I forget, how do you send out the supply list?
