Diva Day a Success! - Tina Zinck, Stamping Artist & Creative Educator

Hi Friends! I’ve been MIA the past week, as my days have been jam packed. Busy but FUN too! I’m actually in Nova Scotia right now, showing my Mother in Law the sites (she just arrived from England). We’re having a fabulous time! And the sun is even co-operating, which is a bonus! Yesterday I celebrated my birthday with dear friends at a Thai restaurant and today we’re off to Lunenburg – can’t wait!

Last weekend was my “Diva Day” event – a day to celebrate the achievements of my “Serene Stampers” group. Members on my team have four ways to earn a spot at Diva Day and then it’s my opportunity to spoil and pamper best I can!

These gals have reached certain milestones with their Stampin’ Up! business and I’m pleased as punch for them and I reward them with gifts, a home cooked meal and and an all day crafting session to get the creative juices flowing and hang out and have a good time together. A lot of the gals live out of province and/or are too far away to attend Diva Day, so their gift will arrive in the mail.

After everyone had their fill of food we started crafting! The challenge was a blank canvas, all my Stampin’ Up! supplies and then just create! Not as easy as it sounds! But I think it’s so important to just ‘play’ and let your creative muse flow. And once the gals got modge podgein’, hot gluin’, Big Shotin’ and stampin’ they were on a roll! And everyone’s canvas turned into a lovely work of art and most of the ladies were going to add special photos to their canvas once they got them home. I know that they were each pleased with their masterpieces!

was I ever pampered on Saturday. Awesome food, ate off of real china,
drank tea from a china cup – thanks Tina – you rock!!!! The food
was awesome, the company was wonderful. I had a really great time.

most awesome home made cinnamon rolls. Finished by stamping an awesome
project.
