I have a beautiful slim-line card to share with you today, featuring the “After the Storm” stamp set:
Supplies:
- Stamp Sets – After the Storm (155038) Watercolor Shapes (156968)
- Card Stock –Basic White (159276) Night of Navy (100867)
- Stamp Pads – Night of Navy (147110) Bumblebee (153116) Basic Gray (149165)
- Misc. –Layering Circles Dies (151770)
Measurements:
- Night of Navy Cardstock 7.5” x 8.5”
- Basic White Cardstock 7.25” x 8.25” (cut 2)
- Basic White Scrap for Sun aprox 3” x 3”
- Basic White Scraps for the clouds
Instructions:
- Score and fold the 8.5” x 7.5” piece of Night of Navy lengthwise
- On the 7.25” x 8.25” Piece of White Cardstock stamp the sun rays with Bumblebee Ink
- On larger scrap of Basic White stamp the large circle from Watercolor Shapes with Bumblee ink – die cut with layer circles dies
- Using dimensionals add sun to upper left corner of card front as seen in photo
- On smaller scraps of Basic White cardstock stamp the clouds from After the Storm with Basic gray and use your paper snips to cut the clouds out
- Add the clouds to the card front with dimensionals
- With Night of Navy ink stamp the greeting direct to the card front in the lower right corner.
- Add 2nd piece of 7.25” x 8.25” piece of Basic White to inside of card
- Add greeting and message of choice to inside of card
