Card Holder with 5 Coordinating Cards & Envelopes, using the One Sheet Wonder technique
Monday mornings I’ve been teaching stamping to a super great group of gals at the Family Resource Centre. For those of you that are unaware, The Family Resource Centre serves young children, their parents and caregivers in our area. The Centre offers programs and activities such as drop-in, playgroups, parent education and support groups, teaching kitchens, developmental activities for children, and resource lending libraries. It’s been terrific for these mom’s to relax and have some ‘ME’ time, while stamping and enjoying one another’s company. We’ve been having a blast! And everyone’s projects have turned out beautifully! Unfortunately, next week is our last class but none of us want it to end, so we plan on starting our own Stamp Club. For more information about this, click here.
Today’s project was a OSW (One Sheet Wonder) card holder. Using two coordinating ink colors, we completly covered a sheet of Whisper White cardstock with our stamps. Basically, it’s like we made our own background paper! Then the patterned cardstock was cut and then simply added to our cards and card holders. Contact me if you’d like to receive the template for the card holder. I do plan on posting the template – stand by for that! We also stamped our envelopes to coordinate with the 5 cards we each made. Every card was lovely! I’ll post the samples that I made for the class too.

This was a challenge posted on SCS last month, I believe. I can’t stop making these!!
Last week we made some Saint Patrick’s Day treats, along with coordinating 3×3 cards – all using the Love You Much stamp set (perfect, since I don’t have a Saint Patrick’s day stamp set!). This idea was provided by the great Linda Heller (she sooooo inspires me!). Linda’s husband is the one that created the video on how to make a “Man Made card” – I sent the link to quite a few of you a few weeks back. Wasn’t that a hoot? LOL What a creative pair.

I’m so sad I missed the St Patty’s class!
Thanks so much for everything Tina, it’s been a blast and thanks for inspiring my creativity again. As I said before I’ve been suffering from a little scrappers-block! Looking forward to getting together at the end of the week!
