I am really having FUN lately, resurrecting older techniques! Today, it’s the “Chalkboard Technique”. A few years back, this technique was all the rage – it seemed everyone was doing it!
Here’s a card I came across earlier today, that I made quite some time ago, with this neat technique:
In my video demonstration, I’m sharing how to make quick and easy cards using the “Chalkboard Technique”. There are many ways it can be stepped up too (ie: adding more details, such as drawing outlines around the images, etc).
Here’s the card I demonstrate in the video, using the “Sailing Home” stamp set:
Here are some more card samples:
“Beautiful You”
“Beautiful You” (with Basic Gray card stock)
“Forever Blossoms”
“Parisian Beauty”

Enjoy the day & HAPPY STAMPING!

Watched your video and refell in love with this technique. Your cards are the nicest Ive seen using this technique, and I think it's because you used many stamps on your card. You've inspired me to try this out. My next SU class is next week so I'm going to order the white ink pad.
