I am so excited to share today’s project with you! This wreath ornament was one of the gift items that we made during my “Serene Stampers” Holiday Dinner last weekend – it was a big hit! Inspired by some ornaments I’ve seen on Pinterest, as well as wreaths I’ve seen that are made with our Sprig Punch (like this one, by Chloe Evans), I decided to pull all those ideas into this sweet little ornament. Hands down, this is one of my very favourite projects to make this season. It’s fun, easy, relaxing and the end result is definitely a WOW!
You’ll notice the difference the Designer Series Paper makes, depending on which pattern you use. Another couple of options would be to stamp the wood piece with our Hardwood Background stamp, or just leave the wood plain. You could even use a piece of cardboard, cut down to size, if you can’t find the wood pieces. You could even cut a piece of foam board with your Layering Circle dies (with one die inside the other, so the middle circle would be cut out) for your wreaths
a wreath made with white and pink card stock? Or in blues and silver?
Even autumn colours to make Thanksgiving wreaths for place settings on
your table. A whole bunch of these wreaths sure would look pretty on a
banner across a mantel too. I truly can’t wait to make some more and I hope you give these ornaments a whirl – you won’t be able to stop making them!
